Washington, D.C. – For Country Caucus Members Congressman Don Bacon (NE-02) and Congresswoman Chrissy Houlahan (PA-06), Chairman and Ranking Member of the Quality of Life Panel, released the Panel’s report last week.The report includes bipartisan policy recommendations from the Panel for the Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
"Delivering military quality of life solutions while maintaining the integral culture of our military encourages recruitment and retention and strengthens our overall national security," said For Country Caucus Co-Chairs, Congressmen Tony Gonzales (TX-23) and Jason Crow (CO-06). "We must address the unique challenges faced by our service members and military families."
Established by the House Armed Services Committee in June of 2023, the Quality of Life Panel focuses on issues that impact U.S. service members and their families, including compensation, child care, housing, support programs for spouses of service members, and health care. For Country Caucus Members Congressman Morgan Luttrell (TX-08) and Congressman Don Davis (NC-01) also serve as members of the Quality of Life Panel.
