To ensure full review and consideration of your request, we highly encourage you to submit the appropriations form by March 30, 2025. Requests submitted after March 30, 2025 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, as feasible, following future deadlines set forth by the Appropriations Committee.
Please note that this form is not accepting Community Project Funding (CPF) requests. Upon final guidance from the Appropriations Committee, we will send out a separate CPF appropriations form as soon as it becomes available.
