SAN ANTONIO, TX – Congressman Tony Gonzales (TX-23) on Monday visited the National Security Agency (NSA) Texas Cryptology Center, also known as NSA Texas. Congressman Gonzales met with staff and leadership from the facility to discuss a variety of intelligence, cybersecurity and national security concerns.
“San Antonio is incredibly lucky to have the NSA Texas right in our backyard,” said Congressman Gonzales. “As a former cryptologist, I understand how critical cybersecurity is to our national security, especially as criminals, cartels, and terrorists become more technologically advanced. I appreciated the folks at NSA Texas for taking the time today to discuss a variety of intelligence, cybersecurity, and national security concerns. The insights I learned at NSA are critically informative to my bill establishing a digital reserve corps.”
