DEL RIO, TX – Congressman Tony Gonzales (TX-23) announced a $2,527,857 grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for the Head Start Program in Del Rio. In May, Congressman Gonzales visited the Head Start in Del Rio to see firsthand the benefits of the program. Congressman Gonzales previously served as the Community Representative for the City of San Antonio Head Start Policy Council from 2018 – 2019.
