WINKLER COUNTY, TX - Congressman Tony Gonzales announces $150,000 in federal funding for engineering and design for lighting improvements at Winkler County Airport from the Texas Transportation Commission.

“I am happy to announce this grant that will benefit the Winkler County community,” said Congressman Gonzales. “The Winkler County Airport is used frequently to bring in oil and gas rigs. With Texas being the top oil and gas producer, it is crucial that this airport has the appropriate resources it needs to operate efficiently and effectively.”
