WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Tony Gonzales (TX-23) on Tuesday held a townhall forum with county judges from across the district. Officials from Brewster, Loving, Pecos, Terrell, Upton, Uvalde and Zavala Counties joined Congressman Gonzales via Zoom for a discussion on border security, immigration and other issues impacting local communities.

“Our county judges are some of the most important and effective messengers for the needs of our communities,” said Congressman Gonzales. “During Tuesday’s meeting, our county judges reiterated and stressed the critical need for action from our federal government to solve the border crisis. The consensus from our local officials has consistently been that the border crisis is the number one issue affecting the district.”
