MEDINA COUNTY, TX – Congressman Tony Gonzales (TX-23) met with veterans, businesses and first responders across Medina County on Monday. Congressman Gonzales visited the Vulcan Materials quarry in Hondo, stopped by the American Legion and Castroville State Bank in Castroville, spoke the Devine Volunteer Fire Department in Devine and attended the ribbon cutting ceremony of Lareda Elementary School. Congressman Gonzales supported the Devine Volunteer Fire Department’s grant request to the Gary Sinise Foundation, which they were successfully awarded in the spring.
