WASHINGTON D.C. – Congressman Tony Gonzales (TX-23) this week received the National Head Start Association’s “Protecting Our Most Important Students Early” (PROMISE) Award. Congressman Gonzales previously served as the Community Representative for the City of San Antonio Head Start Policy Council from 2018 – 2019.
