CARRIZO SPRINGS, TX - Congressman Tony Gonzales (TX-23) on Monday announced a $3,589,586 grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for the Head Start Program in Carrizo Springs. This funding will provide students and families with educational support and nutritional resources, laying the foundation for a lifetime of success. Congressman Gonzales previously served as the Community Representative for the City of San Antonio Head Start Policy Council from 2018 – 2019.
