MARFA, TX – Congressman Tony Gonzales (TX-23) on Thursday announced $480,000 in grant funds from U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS) for Mental and Behavioral Health Education and Training Programs in Marfa. The money was awarded to Presidio County Health Services.
“I am excited to see HHS investing funds for the development of mental health training and education in Marfa,” said Congressman Gonzales. “These education and training programs will allow for the expansion of mental and behavioral health services, which is crucial for our communities.”
